Job Description:

TA Staffing is hiring for a Maintenance Tech for our client's team. Perform setup, routine maintenance, adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs on liquid fill production line equipment, including fillers, cappers, and labelers, as well as pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical machines.Essential Functions:* Demonstrate team player qualities of cooperation and coordination, maintaining professional interactions with all business contacts.* Ensure exceptional attendance, including extra hours on a daily basis, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.* Comply with all safety program requirements, including hazard recognition, housekeeping, accident reporting, proper use of safety equipment and procedures, and adherence to safety rules.* Change parts, set up and adjust lines for various products.* Monitor line as time permits or as directed.* Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties.* Make necessary repairs and adjustments to machine malfunctions.* Wash out fillers between products and make necessary adjustments for fillers, cappers, and labelers.* Inform supervisors of parts and equipment used and needed for replacement.* Ensure proper torque fills and overall quality by initiating contact with quality control.* Perform routine daily maintenance such as greasing, oiling, changing belts, and established periodic preventative maintenance.* Process and store hazardous, flammable materials in accordance with established guidelines.* Assist lead operators to keep production running, including tasks such as putting bottles on the line, packing, and assisting with labels.* Perform other duties as assigned.#SMA123Job Type: Full-timePay: From $27.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In personby Jobble
