Who You Are

industry leader in its market segments. They have a flat leadership

Community - Clinton, TN (Knoxville area)
Surrounded by seven lakes, with the Smoky Mountains National Park
located only 45 minutes of town, Knoxville is nestled in nature and
steeped in history. Boasting of more than 20 museums and 7 historic
houses, the rich historic tapestry is on full display. Knox
County's population is less than 200,000, with residents enjoying a
cost of living that's lower than the national average, reflected in
reasonable housing ($124,500 medium home value), utility and
transportation costs. Home of the University of Tennessee, (go
Volunteers!) Knoxville's population is fairly young, which is due
in part to a large number of college students, as well as a high
number of young families. With more than 55 parks, seven farmers'
markets and a full roster of music and sporting events, Knoxville
offers all of the amenities of a big city, with all the
affordability of a small town. Another perk is that the state of
Tennessee has no income tax.
