ensuring a welcoming environment and facilitating smooth operations
in our clinic. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with a
warm and friendly demeanor. Manage appointment scheduling and
patient inquiries efficiently. Assist in the rehabilitation process
by guiding patients through exercises. Maintain accurate patient
records and documentation. Process payments and handle insurance
verification with attention to detail. Collaborate with
chiropractic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Keep
the front desk area organized and presentable. Provide excellent
customer service to enhance patient satisfaction. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in
healthcare is a plus. Previous experience in a front desk or
administrative role preferred. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced
environment. Basic knowledge of chiropractic practices and
rehabilitation techniques. Proficient in using office software and
electronic health record systems. Compassionate and patient-focused
