Job Description:
Lee Company offers complete facility solutions services of HVAC,
plumbing, electrical, and preventative maintenance for commercial
facilities throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Our

position provides mentoring, leadership and technical assistance as
needed for the growth and development of the Facility Service
organization. Manages and provides operational support to sales
team. Maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering the
highest quality possible to them. Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred Universal EPA (ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
AGENCY) license Seven to ten years of Commercial HVAC service
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience Skills and Abilities: Analytical - Synthesizes
