installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light
commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and
appliances. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, offering
effective and reliable solutions to customers. Ensure all work is
completed to meet local plumbing codes and safety standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor
and clear communication. Accurately document completed work and
materials used through company software, such as ServiceTitan .
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and effective
service delivery. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years
(preferred) of plumbing experience in residential or light
commercial settings. Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment,
and installation techniques. Strong troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Valid driver’s
