Job Description:
Job Description THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT POSITION. \n \n Supervise
immediate and short-term maintenance goals. \n Assign work orders
and ensure completion of repairs. \n Perform lock out/tag out
certifications on equipment. \n Recognize and reward Technicians,
while counseling performance issues. \n Perform safety checks. \n
Provide mentorship, motivation, training and professional
development, helping your team to optimize their performance and
growth. \n Assign work orders, and follow up ensuring completion.
\n Manage and oversee required paperwork. \n All other relevant
duties to the job. \n \n 3 years supervisory experience within a
manufacturing maintenance environment required. \n 5 years
maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required;
preferrably within a poultry manufacturing facility. \n Excellent
leadship skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.
