are seeking an experienced Maintenance/Service Technician II to
join our team in providing exceptional service to our residents. As
a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for ensuring
the overall maintenance and repair of our apartment community.
Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on
apartment units Respond to resident service requests and complete
work orders in a timely manner Maintain the property’s HVAC,
plumbing, and electrical systems Perform preventative maintenance
tasks to ensure the longevity of the property Complete turnovers in
a timely manner to ensure apartments are ready for new residents
Maintain a safe and clean work environment Provide excellent
customer service to residents Requirements: 1 years of maintenance
experience in the apartment industry Must be HVAC certified and
have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification Ability to
troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical issues Knowledge
of apartment turnover procedures Excellent communication and
customer service skills Must be able to physically complete
assigned job duties and take direction Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Must have a valid driver’s
license and reliable transportation Predictable and regular
attendance and ability to report to work on time are required
