Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide
essential support in K-12 educational settings across various
schools in the Jacksonville, FL area. The role involves working
with a diverse caseload of students ranging from Pre-K through 12th
grade, focusing on mild to moderate speech and language needs. The
assignment offers an engaging opportunity to make a meaningful
impact on student communication skills through individualized
therapy services. Key Responsibilities: - Provide speech and
language evaluations and therapy services to students across
multiple school sites - Manage an itinerant caseload of
approximately 60 students, tailored to individual needs -
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to
develop and implement IEP goals - Maintain accurate documentation
and progress reports in compliance with educational standards -
Participate in team meetings and professional development
activities to support student outcomes Qualifications and
Experience: - Active Florida Department of Health SLP licensure is
required - Experience working with children across the Pre-K to
12th-grade spectrum, preferably in school settings - Strong
knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based
intervention techniques - Ability to work independently and manage
time effectively while traveling between multiple school sites -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with
students, families, and school staff Location: Jacksonville, FL
(Itinerant assignments within multiple school facilities) Contract
Details: - Duration: January 5, 2026 May 28, 2026 - Hours: 35 hours
per week (7 hours per day) - On-site position; remote work not
