This role focuses on delivering engaging, high-quality instruction while supporting student success and program outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Teach Adult Nursing Theory courses within an ASN/RN program Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum and accreditation standards Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback Maintain accurate academic records and documentation Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum planning, and academic support initiatives Support students through mentoring and academic guidance Qualifications: Active, unencumbered RN license BSN or MSN required Prior teaching or precepting experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to student-centered education Interested in hearing more?
