Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
to support a diverse caseload in a school setting in Springville,
AL. This contract position offers the chance to work with students
ranging from elementary to high school levels in a supportive
learning center environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide
speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 49 students,
including high-need learners primarily in 5th grade or below, with
some high school students. Assess, develop, and implement
individualized treatment plans tailored to students speech and
language needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and other
professionals to support student progress. Maintain thorough
documentation and progress tracking in compliance with school and
state guidelines. Participate in team meetings and professional
development activities as required. Qualifications: Valid Alabama
SLP license required. Certification of Clinical Competence
(CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working within school settings,
particularly with diverse caseloads. Strong communication skills
and ability to adapt therapy approaches based on individual student
needs. Availability for onsite work in Springville, AL, with
flexibility for hybrid arrangements if needed. Schedule and
Location: Part-time position, working 4 days a week from 7:30 AM to
2:00 PM. Position is onsite with potential flexibility for VOCO or
hybrid schedules. Contract duration runs ASAP through May 23rd,
