Job Description Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Griffon Aerospace, a leader in the exciting Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) and composites industry, is seeking a talented mid-level Composite Technician to produce parts, components and final assemblies using composite fabrication. This position directly interfaces with Customer, Manufacturing, Engineering, Flight Test and UAS Flight Operations Staff. The growing Madison, AL-based small business is seeking innovative individuals who want to join an up tempo, maker culture that proudly provides products and services to support the American Warfighter! DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Experience with aerospace composite part processes including prepreg layup, laser projection of ply and detail locations, debulking, bagging, curing, and trimming. Experience with aerospace assembly processing including bond preparation, adhesive bonding, drilling, and fastener installation.
