Overview We are seeking a skilled Technician Specialist to
fabricate, assemble, and test complex missile assemblies and
subsystems. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals
who thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment and are
committed to operational excellence. You will play a key role in
supporting our missile assembly, testing, and launch preparation
processes while continuously improving workflows. Key Duties &
Responsibilities • Fabricate, assemble, and test complex
assemblies/subsystems into a missile. • Inspect and inventory parts
to ensure compliance with work instructions and documentation. •
Verify dimensions and clearances using precision measuring
instruments. • Align, fit, and assemble parts using hand tools and
fixtures. • Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate
assemblies under simulated operating conditions and record results.
• Support missile assembly, subsystem testing, environmental
testing, and pack & ship operations. • Collaborate with engineers
and colleagues to identify, define, and solve problems. •
Participate in team-based Continuous Process Improvement
initiatives. • Provide and receive work direction within the team
