Leidos seeks a Network Analyst to support NASA. The Network
Operations Analyst will be responsible for the configuration,
maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco, Juniper, and VitalQIP
network devices. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for overall
network engineering support for a broad range of programs including
LAN/WAN/Firewall operations. Support level duties may include
monitoring, installation, modification, testing and servicing of
network equipment. Works independently to achieve day-to-day
objectives with significant impact on operational results or
project deliverables. Responsible for entire projects or processes
within a technical area. Implements technical solutions based on
documented process and procedures. Collaborates with internal
experts, analyses network performance and impact on end-users.
Monitors network tools and dashboards to recognize network outages.
Communicates with internal and client project team members.
Escalates network problem to management, customers and vendors.
Monitor network events and element management failures in real-time
on a 24x7x365 basis via network monitoring systems. Respond to
alarms in NMS and take appropriate action against/for them.
Proactively analyze alarms, provide detailed analyses leading to
resolution of the alarm conditions, including filtering and
correlating fault information, identifying the fault condition and
its impacts, isolating root causes, coordinating correction of
fault situations regardless of the fault in the infrastructure.
Create and update tickets utilizing Remedy, create incidents for
network anomalies and perform call outs all hours to ensure an
analyst is aware of the situation you are reporting. Must be able
to think quickly and make the appropriate choice for the situation
with little to no supervision. Notify necessary points of contacts
based on essential or heightened awareness networks, circuits, or
location of incidents. Required Qualifications: Cisco CCNA level
certification or working knowledge with hands on experience.
Ability to work in a 24/7 operation, be scheduled to work off
standard day shift. Experience with one or more of the following:
alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, performance
management or basic understanding of computer systems networks. Be
able to obtain a Public Trust clearance or higher-level security
clearance. Network monitoring and troubleshooting. Implementation
of network devices in a large enterprise environment. US
Citizenship is required and able to obtain at minimum Public Trust
clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Broadcom
Spectrum, Remedy ticketing system, Cisco routing/switching, Juniper
firewalls, Fortinet firewall management, Cisco wireless, Cisco ISE,
Closed Network Authentication, Vital QIP and DDI. Specific position
requirements include: Network monitoring and troubleshooting.
Implementation of network devices in a large enterprise
environment. To be considered for the following levels: Level 2 –
Bachelors and 2 plus years of relevant experience. Level 3 –
Bachelors and 4 plus years of relevant experience. We are

above. Pay Range: Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00 The Leidos pay
range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a
guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered

responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge,
skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with
market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other
