• Service and expand our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Research and identify new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and marketing.
• Supervise and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.Requirements:
