Lead the Way with CLINT MCLAINWe are seeking a highly motivated
and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales
Associate. As a leader in our organization, you will have the
opportunity to develop and implement strategies to drive business
growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
- Service our existing client base with exceptional customer
service and support.
- Research and identify new business opportunities to expand our
client base.
- Supervise and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve
sales targets and goals.
- Train and develop new team members on our systems and
processes.
- Provide daily reporting and updates on sales activity and team
performance.Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a
proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to
prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a
passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Experience in sales or customer service with a proven track
record of success.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be
active in the community.Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are
required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.We offer a
competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly, and
