Clinical Site Director (BCBA)SUMMARYHope is searching for a Clinical Site Director for our location in Smyrna, TN. The Clinical Site Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of The Autism Clinic at Hope, including oversight of programming, staffing, client intake, and any other duties related to the daily operations or strategic goals of the clinic.Up to $10,000 Commitment Bonus + Relocation Expense ReimbursementWHO WE AREHope is a clinical, educational, and therapeutic provider for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Autism Clinic at Hope is committed to giving children with ASD professional care and attention so they can soar and is leading the development of new methods to educate, treat, and care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. The Autism Clinic offers a full spectrum of services from birth through school age including Applied Behavior Analysis intervention, screening and diagnosis, and social skill groups.WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop programming and supervise evidence-based therapy services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in accordance with ethical guidelines of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.Provide on-site supervision of technicians and office operations and fieldwork supervision per BCBA guidelines for clinical team to obtain BCBA/BCaBA credentials.Monitor and report on new client referrals and intakes. Engage new families and provide clinic tours as needed.Ensure holistic treatment by establishing treatment plans that include parent/guardian goals. Provide in-home consultations and/or parent training sessions when needed.Oversee hiring of behavior technicians and coordinate onboarding for new clinic staff. Serve as mentor for non-credentialed clinicians and new clinician hires as needed. WHAT YOU WILL BRINGMaster's Degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy.Credentialed (and licensed if applicable) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance companies.Has met Supervisor requirements per the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. WHAT WE PREFERAt least 5 years experience working with individuals with ASD.Prior experience in a supervisory role.
