Nurse (LPN)Join our compassionate team at Venza Care, delivering
exceptional support at Woodland Village Rehab and Health Care! As
one of Venza Care's 17 facilities across Alabama, North Carolina,
South Carolina, Tennessee, and Louisiana, we are dedicated to
setting new standards in healthcare.Key Responsibilities:Oversee
the nursing care in a particular department or shiftCoordinate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient
careSupervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence
to standards and best practicesAdminister medications and
treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor and adjust patient
care plans as necessaryLead communication with patients, families,
and physicians regarding patient careQualifications:**Valid Alabama
or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse license. **Experience as a
charge nurse or similar leadership role preferredStrong
interpersonal and communication skillsA commitment to providing
high-quality care and hospitalityAbility to work in a fast-paced
environment and handle stressful situationsCompensation &
Benefits:Salary: $24.00-$32.00/hr commensurate
