7am-7pm Where We Are: Florence, Alabama is situated in Northwestern
Alabama, where the Tennessee River Flows through the scenic Shoals.

at North Alabama Hospital embodies a culture of teamwork and

to critically ill patients. This 22-bed unit operates within a
trauma III hospital setting, ensuring patients receive optimal

plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage

patient wellbeing. Qualifications and requirements Applicants
should have a current state RN license. Additional requirements
include: Basic Life Support certification ACLS/PALS is required
within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred What
you will do Performs plan of care intervention, including
medication administration, specimen collection, clinical
treatments, as well as other medical care treatment. Documents
patient care given. Monitors, records, and communicates patient
condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and
family. Assists patients with performing activities of daily
living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and
ambulation. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate
patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and
spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluates learning needs of
patient and/or family and provides patient/family education
appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Works as
an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the
