Must-Have: - Experience in telemetry nursing. - Familiarity with
charting systems. - Ability to perform specialized procedures.
Description: This position involves providing nursing care to
patients in a telemetry unit. The nurse will manage patients with
diagnoses such as pneumonia and sepsis. The nurse-to-patient ratio
is 1 to 6. Charting will be completed using an electronic health
record system. Scrubs in navy blue are required for the position.
The role may involve floating to other units as needed based on
skillset. Special procedures include breathing treatments, chest
tube set-up and care, CPAP/BiPap, and trach care. Every other
weekend is required for this position.
