Critical Care - Registered Nurse (RN), Stepdown-Days Job Type:
Days 7:00am-7:00pm Where We Are: Florence, Alabama is situated in
Northwestern Alabama, where the Tennessee River Flows through the
scenic Shoals. On your days off spend some time fishing and boating
on Wilson Lake. Come tour the historical sites, visit Key Cave
National Wildlife Refuge, or take a relaxing lake cruise on Wheeler

Critical Care Unit (CCU) at North Alabama Hospital embodies a

unit operates within a trauma III hospital setting, ensuring

requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license.
Additional requirements include: - Basic Life Support certification
- ACLS/PALS is required within six months of hire. - One year of
experience preferred What you will do - Performs plan of care
intervention, including medication administration, specimen
collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care
treatment. - Documents patient care given. - Monitors, records, and
communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team,
physician, patient, and family. - Assists patients with performing
activities of daily living, including personal hygiene,
elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. - Collaborates as needed
across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient
transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support
needs. - Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and
provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture,
condition, and circumstances. - Works as an advocate for the
physical and emotional well-being of the patient. About our Health
