Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel \n Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 18 months of recent specialized experience. \n \n Responsibilities\n Position is based in a hospital cardiovascular lab setting Cardiac Cath Lab unit with responsibilities related to cardiac and vascular procedures Day shift schedule with 10-hour shifts No on-call requirements Handles endovascular and cardiac cases involving strong procedural skills Provide specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and endovascular procedures Must request no more than 5 days of time off unless RTO falls on or near a holiday, in which case a maximum of 3 days is allowed Only one holiday request for time off is permitted, and multiple consecutive RTOs during holidays will not be approved \n \n Requirements\n Active GA or compact RN license in hand required Minimum of 18 months of recent full-time experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or similar cardiovascular unit within the last 3 years Demonstrated competency in advanced cardiac and vascular procedures with strong endovascular experience Must meet the 50-mile radius rule—local candidates are not accepted Previous permanent employees of the health system must have separated for at least 1 year, and 18 months if returning to the same facility \n Benefits\n High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts \n American Traveler Job ID P-613782.
