Crockett Hospital 1607 South Locust Avenue, HWY 43 Lawrenceburg, TN 38464 Orientation is biweekly, on Mondays – Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel All Travelers must have REQUIRED certifications prior to start .
