Position: Associate Dentist We are on the lookout for an Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. Your Contribution: Engage with the community and take part in initiatives that enhance our organization’s positive image. Participate in morning meetings (feel free to take the lead!) to organize your day and acknowledge your team, showcasing excellent examples of customer service and teamwork. Delight in working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic! Main Duties: As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver dental services to patients with the assistance of a committed team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A supportive team structure with 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants for each provider A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location) An office flow accommodating 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A variety of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors Opportunities for Growth: This role offers avenues for growth and development through mentorship and collaboration!
