registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a Registered
Nurse with Med/Surg expertise in Decatur, GA. This role involves
providing high-quality patient care in a busy 30-bed Med/Surg unit
within a level 1 trauma or mid-large hospital setting. Candidates
will work alongside a dedicated education unit; however, the focus
will be on direct patient care rather than teaching
responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive
nursing care to mixed Med/Surg patients Maintain appropriate
nurse-to-patient ratios of approximately 5-6:1 Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management
Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards Demonstrate a
positive attitude and timely response in patient care activities
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current RN licensure with
Med/Surg nursing experience Minimum of 12 years in level 1 trauma
or medium to large hospital settings preferred BLS certification
required; ACLS certification preferred Strong clinical judgment and
critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork
