- Ability to work night shifts Description: Provide direct patient
care to a diverse patient population. The unit typically manages
post-surgical patients, including orthopedic, urology, general, and
bariatric cases. Clinical conditions may include sepsis, urinary
tract infections, cellulitis, and hypertension. Daily nurse to
patient ratio is 6:1. Charting will be performed using Cerner.
Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Ability to float
to support other units may be necessary. Special procedures are not
part of this role. Teamwork and adaptability are essential for
