inviting applications from Board-Certified Family Medicine or
Internal Medicine Physicians for an exciting opportunity as a
Continuity Clinic Preceptor within a thriving Internal Medicine
Residency Program in Alabama. This full-time, academic position is
ideal for a physician who is passionate about resident education,
outpatient medicine, and mentorship, and is eager to help train the
next generation of internal medicine physicians. Position
Highlights: Supervise and mentor Internal Medicine residents in a
continuity clinic setting. Provide guidance on evidence-based
patient care, clinical reasoning, and practice management. Review
and oversee residents EMR documentation, order entry, and care
plans; add appropriate attending-level oversight and feedback.
Participate in a collaborative, team-based academic environment,
with opportunities for scholarly activity and faculty development.
Engage in program growth and contribute to resident evaluations and
curriculum development. Qualifications: Board Certified in Family
Medicine or Internal Medicine Completion of an ACGME-accredited
residency program in the United States Strong interest in teaching
and academic medicine Must be eligible to work in the U.S. J-1 visa
sponsorship is not available Compensation & Benefits: Competitive
