State license Previous leadership experience BLS certification
Responsibilities: Lead and guide nursing staff, including RNs,
LPNs, and CNAs, in following policies and procedures. Coordinate
patient care, including assessments, treatments, and documentation,
and adjust care plans as needed. Assist in staffing and scheduling
for efficient patient care. Mentor and provide ongoing education to
enhance staff skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with
regulations, infection control, and quality assurance. Foster open
communication with healthcare team members and resolve issues
promptly. Advocate for patient-centered care, addressing patient
concerns. Respond to medical emergencies following established
protocols. Maintain accurate electronic health record
documentation. Stay updated on healthcare regulations and enforce
staff compliance with policies and procedures. Other duties
