Check out our Indeed rating and see what our employees are saying: Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) As an LPN , you will provide direct nursing care to residents while working collaboratively with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. This role is essential to supporting residents’ recovery, comfort, and overall well-being in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting. ? Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health status, including vital signs Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding as needed Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support recovery goals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families Ensure a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols Qualifications: Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care BLS/CPR certification required Benefits: Competitive wages $10,000 sign-on bonus Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid holidays Paid sick time Paid vacation Ready to Join a Team That Feels Like Family?
