working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Pulaski, Tennessee, 38478! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:

Required to work as an RN in the state Certifications: ACLS, BLS,
ENPC, HWC, PALS, TNCC Must-Have Skills/Experience: ER experience
Description: Blocked scheduling is not available. Orientation is
conducted weekly on Mondays. All travelers must have required
certifications prior to starting. Clinical staff must be checked
against the Abuse Registry prior to starting. Position is for a
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. The facility has a
total of 7 beds, including 2 psych rooms and 2 hall beds. Patient
ratios are 5:1. Supervisor in the department is the Director of
Emergency Services. The department serves all age groups.
Candidates must demonstrate professionalism and a willingness to
learn. It is essential to support current staff and respect
department expectations. Candidates should ask questions when
uncertain and remain calm in chaotic situations. Listening skills
and confidence in clinical judgment are important. A proactive
approach to improving processes is encouraged. Candidates should
avoid gossip and drama and focus on solutions. Dress code includes
any scrubs color, but certain attire is not acceptable.
Unacceptable attire includes outerwear with logos or prints not
related to the hospital, hoodies, open-toed shoes, and T-shirts
except on specified days. Jewelry or items that can be pulled out
