Job Description:
TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, a pivotal healthcare
provider in Nashville, TN, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse
(RN) on a PRN basis to join our diverse team. The selected
candidate will contribute to a variety of departments including
emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, and rehabilitation. Our
focus is on delivering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to
the unique needs of our patients. This position offers flexibility
in scheduling, aligning with the needs of our medical center and
the ideal work-life balance for our staff. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and communicate
patient condition as appropriate using computerized documentation
systems. Assess and respond to patient symptoms, reactions, and
progress in a timely manner. Participate in collaborative care
teams to ensure optimal patient care. Assist in the evaluation of
nursing care effectiveness, and suggest necessary changes.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for any side
effects. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to
work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using
healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse
license in the state of Tennessee Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
