Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider
in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Cardiovascular ICU
Nurse to join our team. This critical role involves providing
specialized care to patients in our state-of-the-art Cardiovascular
Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will be tasked with
managing complex cardiovascular conditions, implementing patient
care plans, and working closely with an interdisciplinary team to
ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. Provide direct
nursing care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular ICU.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate
using computerized documentation systems. Administer medications,
monitor vital signs, and quickly identify and respond to changes in
patient conditions. Collaborate with physicians and other medical
staff in designing and implementing treatment plans. Educate
patients and their families on post-hospital care and lifestyle
changes necessary for cardiovascular health. Participate in
professional development and adhere to ICU and hospital policies
and procedures. Strong clinical skills with a focus on
cardiovascular health Proficiency in using medical software and
patient care management systems Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure
environments Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
