TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Century Farms ER Nurse to join our dynamic team in Nashville, TN. This position requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced emergency department, providing critical care to patients in acute settings. As part of our emergency services team, you will work closely with a group of talented healthcare professionals, all dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in line with our reputation in cardiology, orthopedics, and rehabilitation services. Provide immediate medical attention to emergency patients at Century Farms facility. Engage in patient assessment, triage, and the administration of drugs and interventions. Collaborate with emergency room doctors, specialists, and other nursing staff to form a cohesive team. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-emergency care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety and health regulations. Strong clinical skills in an emergency medical setting Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Proficiency in using medical software for patient care management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
