This role is pivotal in providing top-tier, adaptable nursing care across various critical care units including ICU, CCU, and specialty units as needed. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate into multiple teams, ensuring high-quality care continuity and response agility in high-pressure situations. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to foster a healing environment while also contributing to our commitment to excellence in patient outcomes. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients across various units. Rapidly adjust and provide specialized nursing procedures in dynamic unit settings. Collaborate with cross-functional medical teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Engage in critical decision-making and deliver evidence-based care. Support patient and family education regarding critical care processes and health management. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control. Participate in peer reviews, clinical in-service, and professional development activities. Proficient in high-acuity care protocols. Ability to adapt to varying critical care environments. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Competency in using medical software and patient care equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS/ACLS certification required. CCRN certification preferred but not mandatory.
