Creekside Center Rehabilitation & Healing, a leading facility in rehabilitation and recovery services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier, personalized nursing care to our patients to aid in their recovery and enhance their overall health. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic caregiver who is enthusiastic about transforming lives through expert nursing practices and a patient-focused approach. Provide basic nursing care under the direction of registered nurses (RNs) and doctors. Measure and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature. Assist patients with daily activities like dressing, bathing, and eating. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient's conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients' status. Communicate with RNs and doctors about patient conditions and care plans. Ensure the safety and well-being of patients, adhering to regulatory and facility standards. Strong practical nursing skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in clinical skills with an ability to handle medical equipment Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Capable of physically assisting patients, with stamina to work long hours on one’s feet Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) CPR certification preferred
