Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: March 2, 2026 Location: Smyrna, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Every other weekend required; floating in rotation with full-time staff and other travelers Highlights: 16-bed Intensive Care Unit with 2:1 patient ratios Level III Trauma designation with advanced critical care procedures including tracheostomy placement, bronchoscopy, and cardioversion Modern equipment including GE Monitors, Drager ventilators, Pyxis medication dispensing, and Nova glucometers Documentation via Meditech EMR system Tech support available on unit Charcoal gray scrubs provided as standard uniform Requirements: Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong ventilator and sedation management skills Experience with medication titration in critical care settings Positive attitude with demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving abilities Commitment to patient experience standards including AIDET methodology, communication board completion, and medication teaching Why It's a Great Opportunity: This ICU position offers the chance to work in a dynamic Level III Trauma environment where you'll utilize advanced critical care skills daily.
