RN – ICU (Nights) Location: Russellville, AL | Schedule:
Full-Time, Nights Job Summary The ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
provides high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill
patients in a fast-paced critical care environment. This role
assesses, plans, and delivers complex patient care while
collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure
safe, effective outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and care
for critically ill patients and manage life-support equipment -
Perform patient assessments and administer IV medications and
therapies - Respond to changes in patient condition and medical
emergencies - Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic
health record - Follow hospital policies and patient safety
standards Qualifications - Current Alabama RN license - BLS and
ACLS required (PALS preferred if applicable) - 1 year acute or
critical care experience preferred (new grads considered) Why Join
