Creek is seeking a Lead Veterinary Assistant to join our growing
team. This an excellent opportunity for skilled Veterinary
Assistants looking to take the next step in their career and
develop as a leader within a supportive environment! In this role,
you will: Provide leadership and daily support to the veterinary
assistant team while remaining hands-on in-patient care Train,
mentor, and guide veterinary assistants to support skill
development and team performance Assist with team scheduling and
day-to-day task delegation to optimize hospital workflow Support
resolution of client concerns and assist with complaint management
when needed Ensure hospital safety standards and medical protocols
are consistently followed Provide inpatient and outpatient patient
care, including exam room assistance Assist with surgical setup and
surgical procedures This is an ideal position for those with high
emotional intelligence , the ability to cultivate positive culture,
and excellent multi-tasking and time management skills. Schedule:
This is a flexible position, with availability needed Monday -
Saturday with the Saturday shifts rotating every other weekend.
Full-time benefits and compensation: Compensation: $17 - 19 per
hour, for each hour worked* Bonus package: $500 for those with 3
years of consecutive, current experience Health package: Medical,

qualifications and skill set: at least 3 years of veterinary
experience in a clinical setting Proficiency in the following
skills: Training and mentorship Workflow management & efficiency
Client communication & conflict resolution Core clinical skills
including radiology support, surgical assisting, phlebotomy, SQ
