CVICU Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiovascular-Days Job Type: Nights 7:00am-7:00pm Department/Unit Summary The Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at North Alabama Hospital encompasses a team of nurses that care for post operative patients that have had open heart surgery or vascular surgeries in a critical care setting. Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license. Additional requirements include: - Requires a high school diploma plus schooling at the college level which leads to certification or registry. - Requires BLS and recommends ACLS; CCN (preferred).
