Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Monitor patient health and record signs Administer medications and provide direct treatment according to the physician's orders Coordinate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Provide compassionate care that aligns with patients’ personal and healthcare needs Excellent patient care and nursing skills Strong ability to follow directions Proficiency in maintaining detailed health care records and reports Effective communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Current LPN license in the state of employment CPR/BLS certification
