Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift: M-F, 1 weekend rotation per month Location Highlights Jacksonville, Alabama, offers a variety of attractions for travelers.
