Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12, Days Hours per Shift: 06:45 - 19:15 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS (AHA) Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Experience in Med/Surg and Tele - Ability to float to like units within a specified radius Description: The position requires a skilled RN to provide care to patients in a Med/Surg environment. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The unit typically handles a variety of patient cases, including orthopedic and telehealth patients. The RN should be prepared to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Equipment used on the unit includes telemetry monitors, IV pumps, and Bipap machines. Strong organizational and communication skills are required for success in this role.
