The launch of SkinergyMD represents a strategic expansion, bringing our proven model, infrastructure, and leadership into the Greater Detroit area. This is a rare opportunity to step into a foundational leadership role and help shape the clinical direction of a high-growth organization from the ground up — with the full support of an established medical platform. Role Overview The Medical Director will oversee medical operations across our Michigan clinics, partnering closely with the Chief Medical Officer to guide clinical standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team of MDs, NPs, and RNs. The role may begin part-time (2–3 days per week) during the initial ramp-up phase, with a clear path toward a full-time leadership position as the region expands. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and build customized aesthetic treatment plans Perform advanced procedures including dermal fillers, facial injectables, PRP hair restoration, hormone therapy, and oversight of GLP-1 programs Perform BodyTite and FaceTite procedures (experience preferred but not required) Maintain compliant medical documentation Lead and mentor clinical teams Partner with executive leadership across medical, compliance, operations, and innovation Continuously elevate treatment offerings and patient outcomes Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Active Michigan medical license Experience in medical aesthetics strongly preferred Proven leadership ability Exceptional patient communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth Comfortable traveling between locations Preferred background: aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, weight loss, or related specialties.
