Job Description:

skilled Med Surg Float Pool Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this
role, you will have the unique opportunity to work across multiple
med-surg units, gaining diverse experience while providing
top-notch care to a variety of patients. This position is ideal for

adapting their skills to meet the needs of different units within
the hospital. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in
various med-surg units based on daily assignments. Perform
comprehensive patient assessments and coordinate care plans with
the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments
accurately and safely. Monitor, record, and communicate patient
conditions as appropriate using computerized documentation systems.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and
post-hospital care. Participate in continuous education sessions
and maintain up-to-date nursing knowledge. Strong organizational
and time-management skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Profound clinical skills with the ability to
manage multiple patients safely High level of flexibility and
willingness to work in different medical surgery units Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or a
Compact State Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire or within a
specified time frame
