This role requires excellent communication and clinical skills to manage the complexities of emergency medicine while contributing positively to our community's health. Provide immediate medical attention to patients in emergency situations, assessing and stabilizing patients upon arrival. Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to formulate treatment plans. Operate medical equipment and administer medications as prescribed. Maintain accurate patient records and document patient care services. Educate patients and their families on treatment and recovery plans. Implement infection control protocols and maintain standards for safety and cleanliness. Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine Ability to make quick and accurate assessments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using medical software and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
