Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Scrub Tech to join our innovative healthcare team. This role is crucial in supporting surgical procedures by ensuring a sterile environment and assisting surgical teams in operating rooms. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing community health by providing exceptional care through expertise and compassion. Prepare operating rooms for surgery including sterilizing equipment and setting up surgical tools and supplies. Assist in surgical operations under the guidance of surgeons and registered nurses. Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection during surgical procedures. Monitor and restock supplies in the operating room. Handle and care for specimens taken for laboratory analysis. Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and procedures. Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a high level of manual dexterity Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certification from an accredited Surgical Technologist program BLS Certification required
