Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing community health through innovative care. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-rays and other diagnostic imaging technology, ensuring patient safety and compliance with health regulations. This position requires attention to detail, a strong sense of compassion, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care. Perform diagnostic imaging examinations on patients using X-rays, MRI scans, and other radiographic imaging equipment. Ensure the safety of patients during procedures by following strict radiological protocols and guidelines. Maintain radiology equipment and report any malfunctions to management. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to plan appropriate treatment and care for patients. Manage the processing of images and ensure they are stored properly in patient records. Adhere to all health and safety standards and regulations, including wearing protective clothing and monitoring exposure to radiation. Educate patients about procedures, addressing concerns and answering questions to ensure comfort and clarity. Proficiency with radiographic imaging technology and equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety and quality care Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Registered Technologist in Radiography RT(R) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Applicable state licensure as required
