Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a skilled
Ultrasonographer to join our innovative team. Located in the heart
of Williamson, WV, our facility is dedicated to enhancing community
health through comprehensive diagnostic imaging services. This role
involves using ultrasonic equipment to create diagnostic images and
data that assist medical professionals in patient evaluations. The
ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of sonographic imaging
and a compassionate approach to patient care. Operate ultrasonic
equipment to produce images of the body's organs, tissues, or blood
flow for clinical assessment. Analyze and modify scan parameters to
optimize image quality. Collaborate with physicians to evaluate
images and determine if additional images are needed. Maintain
patient safety and comfort during procedures. Document procedural
logs and report findings to the medical teams. Assist in the
maintenance and troubleshooting of imaging equipment. Proficiency
in using ultrasonic imaging equipment. Strong ability to analyze
sonograms. Excellent communication skills for interacting with
patients and healthcare professionals. Detail-oriented with
exceptional observational skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Registered Diagnostic Medical
Sonographer (RDMS) certification. Compliance with ongoing
Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements.
