TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Port Edwars, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Long Term Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Unit: LTC Exp Req: 1-2 years Certifications: WI or Compact RN License and AHA BLS EHR: MatrixCare Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):”300” wing = 33 beds, but current census is 26. Mix of hospice and LTC patients. *”500” wing = locked wing, dementia patients. 25 beds, current census is 16. —- Overall beds for facility are licensed at 72 (all private), but normal census is around 45. They rarely go above 60. Will always have at least one other CNA and RN/LPN on your unit while working.
