Fitting, adjusting, and troubleshooting DME items for patients Educating patients and caregivers on equipment use and maintenance Ensuring compliance with health standards and maintaining equipment cleanliness Conducting inventory checks and managing equipment records Collaborating with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and interventions Strong understanding of durable medical equipment usage and maintenance Ability to provide excellent customer service and patient care Proficiency in using medical database software Strong organizational and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Durable Medical Equipment Specialist (CDME) preferred
