Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Technician on a PRN basis to join our innovative healthcare team. This role is pivotal in providing support for the maintenance and proper functioning of medical equipment, ensuring our community receives outstanding healthcare services tailored to their needs. Deliver, set up, and maintain durable medical equipment at patient homes or healthcare facilities. Instruct patients and healthcare staff on the safe usage and upkeep of the equipment. Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and safety. Document and manage inventory of all DME, including dispatch, return, and condition status. Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Strong technical and mechanical skills Ability to read and understand equipment manuals Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in inventory software and record keeping Ability to operate a variety of testing tools and devices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid driver’s license Certification as a Durable Medical Equipment Specialist by a recognized authority (preferred)
